Amgen — Shares gained more than 3% after the biotech name announced positive Phase 3 trial results for dazodalibep, which aims to treat moderate-to-severe Sjögren’s disease in adults. Grab Holdings — Shares jumped more than 7% after the Singapore-based ride-hailing company’s CEO, Anthony Tan, disclosed he recently bought 10.4 million shares. SoFi Technologies — Shares climbed more than 1% after the fintech giant announced that stablecoin settlement is now live across its debit and credit card program . Capri — The parent of Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo saw its stock rise 7% after WWD reported, citing sources, that the company has been in contact with potential buyers. Shopify — Shares gained nearly 7% after the company said it would use Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent, to enable agentic checkout on the platform. Quest Diagnostics , Labcorp Holdings — The two providers of diagnostics services saw their shares drop 5.3% and 3.6%, respectively, after the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released a report showing that Medicare has been paying 16% more for laboratory services than private payers. The federal agency said that it will align most Medicare payments with the private-sector rates. Vicor — Shares rallied 14% after the power electronics company issued third-quarter guidance, saying it forecasts sequential revenue growth of more than 20% quarter over quarter, versus prior guidance of nearly 10%. On Holding — The Swiss sportswear company’s stock jumped more than 10% after On at its investor day set new midterm financial targets, including absolute net sales reaching at least 5.6 billion Swiss francs (US$6.8 billion) by 2029, and gross profit margin of 65% throughout the period. It also said it will repurchase up to an aggregate of $1 billion in Class A ordinary shares by December 2029. It also reiterated its full-year 2026 outlook. GameStop — The meme stock gained 4% after CEO Ryan Cohen disclosed a purchase of 1.2 million shares.
