A crash is causing chaos on a major Perth freeway as Monday’s afternoon traffic rush begins.
The collision has closed three northbound lanes on the Mitchell Freeway at Narrows Bridge, with the road now heavily congested.
Video from the scenes shows at least two vehicles stopped and debris across three lanes.
Main Roads WA has told motorists to exercise extreme caution and seek an alternative route if possible.
