Well, the opening scene of episode two, which came out Sunday, was nothing short of shocking as Joe is stripped and searched for the tracking piece in her.
Ultimately, she has no choice but to give up its location or face a much more brutal outcome at the hands of her captors.

There were also plenty of reactions that rolled in on Reddit to “No Sorrow Like the Survivor.” Check out some of the reactions below:
- Kinda shocked an actress of Zoe Saldana fame and level, was down for that opening scene
- Very tough watch.
- This season has kicked off unbelievably well. So damn good. So, I’m assuming they eventually moved her back home as I doubt they tracked her all the way to the safe house… Also Cruz is the best. She’s my spirit animal.
- Crazy intense even for lioness, the opening scenes took the air straight out of my lungs.
- That episode went too quickly. Now I have to wait another seven days. This is torture of a different kind!
- Just finished watching S3, E2. Effing intense!!
- Well this episode was insane: the opening scene with Joe was so hard to watch, then we finally [sic] some direct confrontation with the Russian by Byron. The ending broke my heart, it’s the first time we got to see Joe being broken down and it’s a sweet reminder how she leans on Neal for emotional support.
- This show is unbelievably interesting and amazing.
