Canada imposes tariffs on U.S. dairy, steel, aluminum and appliances

Canadian tariffs took effect on about $20 billion worth of U.S. goods on Tuesday. It marked the latest escalation in a trade war with no clear end in sight. Nancy Cordes has more details.
